Stress affects all areas of life. From gut function to thyroid health, to energy status and body weight, real or perceived stress has life altering affects that can be avoided and managed when we take the time to love ourselves intentionally.

Our Stress Management Program works to help you remove FEAR, DOUBT and ISOLATION from your life, helping you to identify thoughts, feelings and actions which potentially contribute to poor health.

Our goal is for you to get you out of a daily fight or flight (sympathetic state) mode and into a restful (sympathetic state) mode where you can heal and restore physical and emotional health best.

 Key Components of Our Stress Management Program:

Our Program is a three step process, with added personalised lifestyle boosters, coaching you through the following!

We assess your current state of being, seeking to understand possible underlying causes of stress. From this point, you can expect your Health Coach to help you establish foundations needed to create a healthy physical environment. Removing negative electrical energies and promoting positive ones, and the addition or avoidance of specific foods is key.

Stress Response

You can help manage stress by consuming nutrients and herbs that are researched and known for their benefits to safely support the bodies stress response system. We do this by utilizing the exclusive Metagenics® line of NSF Certified Practitioner Based supplements used by Practitioners worldwide.

Spirit & Soul

The Soul must be fed in order for the Spirit to thrive. This essential part of life is often forgotten or neglected. Meditation and daily purpose must collide together as one, out of relationship with the Creator and humanity in order for our hearts to be at rest.

Our Stress Management Program Includes:

Initial Consultation:

You can expect an initial 1.5 hour long Consultation with a Certificated Health Coach (online or face to face if you live locally) and covers the following content:

  • Stress Assessment

  • Strategic Plan to Manage Stress

  • Foods to avoid

  • How to avoid Electromagnetic Stress

  • Sleep / Rest / Breathing

  • Sunlight Exposure

  • Grounding

 

Herbal Support:

 

You can expect to be provided with the following, as a part of the program for no additional cost.

  • Specific Nutrients and or Herbs that may be beneficial to support your Central Stress Response System (HPA Axis). *included

At this point of the program we offer 5 twenty minute Coaching Sessions (in addition to the initial consultation) with a Certificated Health Coach (online or face to face if you live locally) and covers the following content:
