“Let us help you find the key to unlock better health”
Functional Medicine Coaching offers a personalised lifestyle approach to wellness; targeting the likely causes of many health outcomes people often face.
Rather than treating a person’s symptoms, we aim to search for the source of a health condition or concern. This creates a deeper understanding of how the body functions, enabling us to reset, rebuild and restore, positioning our bodies to heal.
A Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach (FMHC) will work with your current practitioners as a sort of “health investigator”, assessing your personal history and identifying life events that may have contributed to underlying health conditions or concerns.
An FMHC can help patients to find and locate practitioners, treatments, therapies, functional tests as well as give advice on behaviours, diets, supplements, environmental relational changes that may be affecting your current state.

You can expect your Functional Medicine Health Coach (FMHC) to work their way through the following steps listed in the following timeline.
What Does a Typical Health Coaching Program Involve?
This package includes: two hours of Consultation and approximately three hours of FMHC investigation and evaluation.
To begin with, you can expect to be lead through a series of questions (either online or in person if you live locally) related to each system of the body (eg: digestive or hormonal), aiming to identify any likely root cause contributing to underlying health conditions.
Once the initial investigation has been completed, your FMHC will walk you through a Personalised Timeline of your history, highlighting any potential health condition contributors identified.
Using professional coaching skills, your FMHC will then help their clients understand how events in their personal history may have lead or contributed to their current condition.
Your FMHC will then go away and evaluate the information gathered using their extensive understanding of how each system of the body functions.
Your FMHC will look for all possible health condition contributors, selecting and/or suggesting the implementation of certain functional tests, therapies, treatments and lifestyle inhibitors (presently used by practitioners and health professionals worldwide) which may help to better uncover root issues.
Your FMHC will take into account not only the physical, but possible psychological , emotional, environmental, relational and spiritual contributors present in the middle of a health crisis, offering science based educational information that may benefit a client’s health journey.
At this point, you can expect your FMHC to provide you with a written evaluation (either online or in person if you live locally) outlining possible reasons and causes for underlying health conditions, based on their professional opinion and assessment of the following factors:
Immune Health, Respiratory Health, Cardiovascular Health, Gastrointestinal Health, Hepatic System Health, Pancreatic Health, Urinary Health and Hormonal Health.
A section on nutrition may be included in your evaluation. You can expect your FMHC to identify potential nutritional deficiencies and gaps, diet, signs of inflammation, infections, toxic exposure, GMO’s and suggested food “do’s and don’t's”. You can also expect to see Nutritional Supplement Recommendations as they apply.
A section on potential environmental factors contributing to poor health and wellbeing may also be included in your evaluation. This may include anything from: toxins, chemical exposure, heavy metal toxicities, pesticides, etc.
At this point, you can expect your FMHC to give you suggested recommendations to improve your personal health and wellbeing, in the following areas: physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual and environmental recommendations.
Your FMHC may suggest specific follow up diagnostic or functional tests, therapies and treatments with skilled practitioners and health professionals, aimed to achieve optimal functioning of the body and its organs.
Please note, that any tests and treatments recommended, are not intended to treat a disease, but to improve overall health and wellbeing.
Following your consultation, your FMHC will send you a Personalised Evaluation, including:
